Production Order

Spool chains : products must be ordered by meters.
Finished chains : products include ornaments and must be ordered by units.

Price

All prices stated are in USD based on FOB Korea term.
Silver prices are fixed as of the London Fix Price as of the date prior to the date of PI preparation.

Weight

There may be changes in weights incurred during manufacturing processes. Such changes shall be within 5% of specified weight.

Minimum Order Quantities

Spool chains : 50 meters for each item.
Finished chains : 50 units for each item.

Product Delivery

Within 4 weeks at the longest.

Shipping method

Standard shipping is made through DHL.
The method of shipping may be changed per customer’s request.

Payment terms

All payments must be made in cash before loading for shipment.
Payments may be made through Paypal if the amount is small.

Plating treatment

All items are essentially plated with silver to prevent discolorations.
Special plating will incur additional costs.

Discounted bulk pricings are available depending on the quantities ordered.
